So, you’re either looking at getting ready for a long tour, or you want to reach a personal goal of getting the miles in before the season is over.  Wolf down your Wheaties, pack some energy bars, extra water, and sunscreen and get your self down to Rolling H bright and early on the first day of the week.  Plan to ride 50 + miles before lunch, then soak up the admiration of all your friends for being so ambitious!
